Case Study: The YARD
The FSE Company created The YARD, a new HBCU platform that empowers HBCUs, in response to the US Conference of Mayors' efforts to advance innovation, infrastructure, and inclusion.
Through collaboration with founding partner, Vulcan Materials Company, FSE developed The YARD brand, marketing plan, unique programming and events to achieve target business objectives.
The YARD is currently on tour to visit select HBCU campuses and award $100M in scholarships and infrastructure improvements to HBCU's.

- THINK BIG NOW innovation pitch competition to source student ideas
- HBCU Talent Report that provides insights and actionable recommendations for attracting, engaging, and retaining talent
Case Study: iMerge
The FSE Company partnered with the EDPA to create iMerge, Alabama's annual innovation event, that attracts today's leading innovators and entrepreneurs.
The 2019 imerge event, Alabama's Next First, highlighted Alabama's role in the mission to the moon and future opportunities for innovation. Programming included:
- Alabama Launchpad pitch and awards
- Apollo 11 screening
- Lifetime Achievement Innovation Awards
- Performances by Black Jacket Symphony
- Presentation by Lt. General Steven L. Kwast
Case Study: Supplier Diversity
The FSE Company was selected by the Southern Region Minority Supplier Development Council to create an immersive networking experience for suppliers and entrepreneurs.
At SRMSDC's Automotive Summit and Gateway Conference, FSE created a studio with best-in-class content and immersive technology experiences that inspired people to think big about advancing supplier diversity and inclusion.
By leveraging FSE's expertise in branding, marketing and events. SRMSDC was able to rebrand its organization and offer new programming to attract, engage and recruit new members.
